The property at Little Venice is located along Regent’s Canal in Maida Vale. It is located within the Maida Vale Conservation area as outline by Westminster Council. Along with its adjoining property at No. 32 the building is one of a pair of mid 19th Century Villas, with coursed stucco to First Floor level with Flemish bond London stock brickwork over. The elevation has fine stucco detailing to the façade including window surrounds and entrance portico. Existing timber sash windows survive.
